SERVER UPGRADES & MIGRATION STATUS : 100% COMPLETE

We have completed major server upgrades and all customer websites/emails have been migrated to brand new servers. All services are working normally.

99% of customer websites were unaffected, but IF your website is unavailable, there may be some tweaks we need to make on the new server, so please do raise a ticket to let us know.

If you are having any email issues, please check and ensure you are using the correct settings detailed below. In most cases, by following the below, you will not need to raise a support ticket.

IMPORTANT

While the information below is what would be given to new customers, the only change that needs to be made by existing customers is to change the following:

Incoming Server: mail.myfast.site
Outgoing Server: mail.myfast.site

For those that login manually:
the cPanel address is now https://mail.myfast.site:2083
(previously https://server.myfast.site:2083)
the webmail address is now https://mail.myfast.site:2096
(previously https://server.myfast.site:2096)

Outgoing Server: mail.myfast.site
SMTP Port: 465

As long as you are using the correct settings listed above, your email WILL work. Any certificate errors etc you are seeing, are because

1) You are using incorrect settings
2) You cannot reach the mailserver or see your website.
This means, our server firewall has blocked you because you have attempted to connect repeatedly to the server using incorrect login details.

Webmail can be accessed at: https://mail.myfast.site:2096
cPanel can be accessed at: https://mail.myfast.site:2087

NOTE:

Clients can access cPanel directly from their client area as detailed here:
How do I access my control panel?

CUSTOM DNS?

For the majority of customers this will not apply. However, if you have placed custom DNS settings on your domain, ie an A record which is external to our network, you need to login to your DNS in cPanel and make sure your MX record points to myfast.site (and not your own domain name). If you require assistance with this, please raise a ticket and we will make this change for you.

The information above has been provided to expedite a solution to any issues you may face.

If you have any other issues, then as normal, please do raise a ticket to let us know.

Thank you for your co-operation and understanding as we bring you even better hardware and even faster, more reliable servers for your websites and emails.
