*Due to their nature and licensing terms, domain name registrations, add-on products such as Spam Bouncer and Web Builder, as well as any one-off set up fees are not refundable.

**All refunds can only be credited back to you in the form that you made payment. ie, to the same credit/debit card or paypal account etc.

***Accounts which abuse our terms and conditions and acceptable use policy, instantly nullify this guarantee.

****Existing customers with existing hosting accounts are not entitled to refunds on the basis that they already know our services beforehand and therefore cannot request a refund on any of the above basis'.
