No. We stopped this a few years back because of issues with paypals' subscription service not being in sync with when it sent payments to us AND because even when customer's stopped services, they often forgot to cancel the subscription meaning their paypal account continued to pay us, even when no invoice was due.
We recommend using the Worldpay futurepay (auto-recurring) service if you wish to pay by credit or debit card. This is where our billing system raises the invoice 30 days before the due date, which gives you the chance to cancel the service (and therefore the service immediately) if you wish. If on the due date the invoice has not been cancelled, the invoice itself requests the money directly from the customers bank account or card and the invoice is paid automatically.
