Once uploaded, are the pages available immediately to the public?

Yes.  Unlike some other web hosts who use caching to 'speed up' browsing of web pages on their customers sites, we have no server cache and any changes you make on the server are instant.   If you make changes to a web page and they are not seen instantly, you will likely need to refresh the cache in your browser, or your ISP (who you connect to the internet with) is serving you cached pages from their own servers memory of that url.
