Yes we do. If you are not satisfied with any of our service you can claim a 100% refund within 14 days. This however does not apply to domain names, which we cannot provide refunds on. These are registered on your behalf with a domain registration company who do not provide refunds to us. The domain is always owned by you to use with our services or transfer to another registrar, free of charge.
Yes, under the terms of the money back guarantee, new customers can order up knowing that should they not be satisfied with our services during the first 14 days, they can request a 100% refund.
In the majority of cases yes. As soon as payment is received, our systems initiate automatic provisioning of services ordered. New customers may find their order placed on hold for review, but this normally lasts no longer than a few minutes.
